As you know, our school has welcomed some children from London. We have enjoyed different activities and trips with them.

Spanish and English pupils have learnt a little about Cathedrals in Castilla y León and how to distinguish them, about monuments in Segovia and their history, to make soap, to write with quill... But they also had fun making huge bubbles. 

They have visited Cuéllar, La Granja de San Ildefonso and its famous fountains and Segovia.

Now our Year 6 pupils are going to London. We wish them a very nice trip. We are sure they will learn and enjoy a lot.

When they come back, they will tell us their experiences.

Our Year 6 children have read a very special book, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, by Roald Dahl.






Last year they watched the latest film by Tim Burton.



As they know the story, they have compared both.




They did a brainstorming:











And they showed their ideas. They wrote the similarities and differences they found between the book and the film.
