
1 Cup yogurt, whatever flavor you choose
1 Cup frozen berries or any type of frozen fruit
Line a small cookie sheet or casserole dish with wax paper.
Blend yogurt and berries in a blender until smooth.
Pour mixture onto your waxed paper.
Place in freezer until frozen.
Take out of freezer and using cookie cutters cut out shapes.


You may need to stop halfway and place back in the freezer if mixture starts to get too soft.
